Miguel graduated in 1997 in Architecture and Urbanism in UFRJ. He opened his own company with Thiago Bernardes at age 18. They ran this studio together until they were invited to take over Claudio Bernardes' studio, then renamed Bernardes Jacobsen Guimarães. After two fruitful years, he left the partnership and opened his own business in 2003, having since carried out more than 400 projects across the country and abroad.

Dorothéa graduated in Agronomy Engineering in Faculdade Manoel Carlos Gonçalves in 1981, holds a post graduate degree in Environmental Sciences from USF - Universidade São Francisco, and in Environmental Management from UNICAMP. She has been working in the environmental area for 34 years, having held public positions (municipal) as the Director of Environment and Agriculture, and Secretary of Environment and Agriculture, participated in regulatory Master Plans, is co-author of the book “Indices de Sustentabilidade para Obras de Engenharia”, and in recent years has been a partner and Technical Director of her company Dorothéa Pereira Consultoria Ambiental e Paisagismo, with extensive experience in environmental licensing of tourist and real estate developments focusing on sustainable development.

Vicente Loureiro

Vicente has been working in the public sector since the late 1970s, having held the position of Municipal Secretary of Planning or Urbanism in five cities in Rio de Janeiro (Nova Iguaçu, Petrópolis, Volta Redonda, Barra Manhã and Parscambi), Secretary and Under-Secretary of State for Land Affairs and Human Settlements, Secretary of Development of Baixada Fluminense and of Metropolitan Integration in the Government of the State of Rio de Janeiro. He has been elaborating and implementing plans, projects, and programs for urban and regional development.
Flávia de Faria

Flavia is a PhD from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro- UFRJ/PROURB and University of French Polynesia – UPF, Master in Urbanism (PROURB/UFRJ), and Specialist from the University of Architecture La Sapienza, Rome – Italy. In her doctorate studies, she investigated the Ancestral and Traditional Constructive Techniques, and the Expressions of Vernacular Architecture, transgressing to Contemporary Design and Technology. She was an Adjunct Professor of Architecture and Urbanism Design at UFRJ/FAU for 28 years, focusing on Architecture and Urbanism projects, and Masterplans. , and highlights Training for the 2016 Olympics, international academic exchanges and several Workshops on a 1:1 scale, in discipline Conception of Architectural Form, in which he integrates Art and Poetry in Architecture and Construction. *não entendi essa parte em vermelho então por enquanto vamos deixar de fora. Oriana has 16 years of experience in identifying risks and opportunities in sustainability-related projects. She had roles in the business and legal areas in companies that are reference in sustainability: Banco ABN AMRO Real, and Natura Cosméticos, and has experience in the third sector as an advisor for the Eco-Finance Program at Amigos da Terra. She had a trajectory in the real estate sector, as Sustainability Manager at Cipasa Urbanismo, where she was responsible for creating the sustainability department. She graduated in Law at Universidade Mackenzie, postgraduated in Sustainability at Fundação Getúlio Vargas, is a Master in Marketing from ESPM, and completed a course in Schumacher College, England.
Luciana Lopes

Luciana has 21 years of experience in designing and developing socio-environmental projects, including roles such as Environmental Director at the City of Barueri (2000/04), Environment Manager at Fundação Alphaville (2004/08), Director of solid waste and vice president of IPESA (2009 /13), and Project Director at Visões da Terra (2009/20). She acted as a consultant in the design and implementation of 14 waste management recycling programs in different states of Brazil, and is the author of the publication “Do lixo a cidadania: guia para formação de cooperativas de catadores de materiais recicláveis", Líder RAPS. She holds a Master's degree in Human Geography, and a bachelor's degree in geography, both from the University of São Paulo/USP

She worked as a first-aid doctor at SAMU for 10 years, and is currently a professional master's student in the area of Innovation in Health at the Hospital de Câncer de Barretos, developing the first software to perform cervical cancer diagnoses remotely, with telecolposcopies - winning project of the World Summit Award 2021.
